CoinZip Trusted Vendors Numismatic Code of Ethics

• Authenticity and Disclosure: Members must never knowingly deal in counterfeits, forgeries, or reproductions unless clearly marked as such. They must guarantee the authenticity of the items they sell.
• Accurate Grading: Coins must be graded to the best of one's ability in accordance with recognized industry standards.
• Fair Business Practices: Dealers should offer fair prices, honor contracts (both written and oral), and avoid high-pressure sales tactics.
• Returns and Policies: A clear return policy is required, usually offering at least 15 days for returns.
• Handling Stolen Items: Members must not deal in items suspected of being stolen or from illicit excavations.
• Conflict of Interest: Members are expected to put the welfare of the hobby and the professional organization above personal gain. 

Violations of any provision of the CoinZip Trusted Vendors Numismatic Code of Ethics may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
